About Us Word from the Principal
The question of where to enroll a student for his or her education is not an easy one for a parent to make. We know there are a lot of choices available but we firmly believe that the best gift that you can give your child is a Christian education. There might be some that would ask why they should pay tuition when they can attend a public school for free. Cost, of course, is a consideration, but when a person considers what a Christ-centered education at a Christian school brings, the cost becomes an investment that lasts a life time. At Open Door Christian Academy, we try to be sensitive to the sacrifice that parents have to make to send their children to a private school by being affordable. We are very careful with every dollar, and our teachers have a servant's heart, sacrificing personally to offer the highest level of academic preparation for the greatest value.
All schools have their own distinctions and philosophy about how things should be done. Our goal is to be solidly and unapologetically Christian in our effort to train young people in a strong academic setting. A solid commitment to truth, academics that harmonize with the Bible, a safe environment free of damaging influences, and loving and godly teachers - these are just a few of the things that your child will benefit from at Open Door Christian Academy.
